Round the clock cleaning and sanitization of surfaces, workstations and all collaborators must comply with our strict sanitization procedures within all office areas and exterior working areas.

• Collaborators are subject to temperature checks upon entering and leaving the premises. 
• Regular and correct handwashing with soap and water, mouthguards are to be worn by all collaborators at all times.
• A doctor´s office is permanently available on site.

Our new Lomas Safe Travel program covers every aspect of our resort and leisure operations to give you added peace of mind.  Lomas Safe Travel protocols begin the moment you start planning a vacation, to the time you return home!

In the Workplace

All properties recommended under the Lomas Safe Travel™ program for lodging include, but are not limited to the following health and hygiene protocols:

• Hotel staff use PPE for each specific area and department.
• Obligatory social distancing is in force at areas of high guest frequency such as check in reception, elevators and restaurants.
• Mandatory handwashing, face mask and use of hand sanitizer for all staff.
  

Hotels and Resorts

• Passengers, drivers and transfer staff must maintain social distance while outside of the vehicle.
• Both passengers and drivers are required to wear face masks inside the vehicle. 
• Capacity has been reduced to approximately 50%, to ensure safe spacing is implemented on shared transfer services.
  

Ground Transportation

Strict sanitization procedures are in effect throughout the park, and all associates are subject to strict health monitoring All associates are subject to strict health monitoring.

• Guides and operational personnel wear face masks at all times.
• All associates have been trained and certified on how to prevent risk factors known to spread the virus. 
• The capacity for activities has been reduced to manage groups of no more than 10 clients at a time.
  
  

Marina Maroma and Maroma Adventures

• Strict sanitization procedures are in effect throughout the Ranch and during the guided activities. 
• All visitors are temperature checked upon arrival with a digital laser thermometer. 
• The number of guests per tour has been reduced to comply with social distancing protocols. 
• Usage of hand wash stations and sanitization stations are mandatory prior to commencing the activity.
  
  

Bonanza Ranch

The strictest hygiene standards have been implemented to ensure the safety of all patrons of our weddings and group events from start to finish.

• The assembly of food and beverages are carried out in accordance with the hotel´s prevention and hygiene protocols, at all times.
• The room or location must be cleaned and disinfected before and after each event. 
• Adequate assemblies are established to guarantee the distance of the guests.
